How to connect your Zoom account to Bookd


  1. Once you are logged into Bookd, select Account at the top left and choose Integrations.
  2. Within the available integrations you will see Zoom. Click on Login.
  3. You will be redirected to Zoom’s login screen.
  4. Once you have completed the approval process with Zoom, you will then be able to select Zoom inside your "add video conferencing".


How to use your Zoom account?

  1. When creating a meeting, select Zoom inside the "add video conferencing" field. 
  2. Once the meeting is created, Bookd will automatically generate a Zoom link and all details required for the attendees and organizer to participate to the call. (meeting ID, passcode, link). All of which can be found in the description of the meeting.

NOTE: If you do not see a Zoom option in "add video conferencing", please make sure you are connected to your Zoom account. See above "How to connect your Zoom account to Bookd"


Removing the Zoom integration 


  1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
  2. Click Manage and then Installed Apps. (or you can search directly for the Bookd app.)
  3. Click on the Bookd app
  4. Click Uninstall
