How to access:
Your personal blacklist is available through the Vibely app. Hit Settings -> Call Blocking -> My Blacklist
How to add/remove unregistered numbers:
Once you have received a call from an unknown number (not in your contacts):
- If (and only if) you have answered the call, you will receive a notification asking if the call was Spam. If you click "Spam" it will automatically appear on your Blacklist. If you hit Spam by mistake, simply click "Undo" :)
- If you didn't answer the call, you will find the number in your Recent Calls. By reporting that number as Spam or Unwanted, it will automatically be added to your Blacklist. If you'd like to remove the number from your Blacklist, simply "undo" the report you have sent.
How to add/remove contacts from My Blacklist:
- At this point in time, you are capable of adding Contacts to your Blacklist through Recent Calls by reporting them as Spam.
Removing numbers from your Blacklist:
- Head to My Blacklist and click on the "X" next to the number you'd like to remove from your Blacklist
